An ELT Glossary : Blended learning

A blended course  is a course which uses different forms of learning - which these days is very often a mix of on-line and face to face study. So, for example, if you were following one of our blended courses for Delta Module One, you would have access to our website, where you would find ten units covering the whole of the course syllabus and containing recorded presentations, guided reading,  tasks etc and backed up by online seminars. But at regular intervals you would also attend face-to-face seminars which consolidated the work you had been doing online.
